SeyChizz is currently in a pre-release/beta state. You acknowledge that features may change, service may be intermittent, and your early access is subject to our invitation.
As a photographer or user, you are responsible for the content you upload. You must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions from your clients to use face-matching technology for photo delivery.
Our service is designed for professional photography delivery. Any misuse of the Face Scan technology for unauthorized tracking or privacy violations is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
SeyChizz and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
